There is just something that you cant describe with words when faced with the breathtaking slab of frozen mountains. The awe as the sunlight correctly hits the white surface and gold rays reflect everywhere.
last winter we had the chance to experience this together with these 2 amazing souls, hours of flights and days apart to converge in the same place and time. Hours of driving, changing landscapes from the floating buildings and blue waters of the Venice, to the subtle snows that get washed down stream to the unbelievably wonders of the frozen capped mountains of the dolomites. Layering up clothes the further the elevation increased.
I find that the time spent travelling in a car, sharing songs, talking and stopping by random stops for meals with people, having genuine first time experiences together creates a unique bond, a truth shared that finding out together makes exploring the world that much more fun.
Up in the Dolomite mountains, cold breezes and the radiating heat from each other, we have seen how it all comes together. We witnessed the amalgamation of these elements, of love, of nature and most importantly of time, produces a rare vulnerability of individuals.
These are the outcomes of being able to be comfortable with each other, where all the barriers are removed, and we get to see the rawness of the love shared. It takes a lot of trust and being lost and being trapped in the same car for many hours.
That being said, do sign up and get micro lost in this world with us, from the back alleys of a traditional mom and pop diner, to having coffee overlooking frozen lakes up in the mountains, we crave for adventure and to create memories that only you can create with us.
