All clients are responsible to read through and understand our terms and services. By engaging in any of our services, you are accepting the use and practice of our policy as described below.

(1) COPYRIGHT

We reserve the rights to all photographs, films or any form of visuals produced under SHOTS PHOTOGRAPHY (THE SHOTS). Our works are strictly not permitted to be altered, published, reproduced or redistributed for commercial purposes without the photographer’s consent.

(2) PAYMENT

Payments made via cash, cheque and online transfer are all accepted. We reserve the rights to delay or cancel our services or delivery should there be any incomplete payment.All payments for our services must be made promptly in the following stages:

▶ WEDDINGS,EVENTS & COMMERCIAL PHOTOSHOOTS

i. Upon confirmation of engagement in our services, a 50% non-refundable booking deposit must be made as to reserve your event or photoshoot date.

ii. The remaining balance must be paid within seven(7) days before the reserved event or photoshoot date.

iii. Any additional charges to the initial amount must be paid in full within two (2) weeks of the reement date.

▶ STUDIO & OUTDOOR PORTRAIT PHOTOSHOOTS

i. Full payment must be made on or within seven(7) days of the booked date.

ii. Any additional charges to the initial amount must be paid in full within two (2) weeks of the agreement date.

(3) DELIVERY

All images shot at the course of an event or photoshoot will be at the discretion of the photographer. Images will be edited and adjusted according to the photographer’s best judgement. Once they are presented to the client for review, requests for amendments may be brought up for up to two(2) times. Any further changes after the final delivery, retouching, digitalmanipulations or graphic design on the images are available at additional costs. No refunds nor replacement once selected photos are retouched and delivered.

(4) REJECTION

By engaging our services, you are also accepting our specific artistic direction, composition and style. Any specific requirements from the client may be made ahead of time. While we will comply with the client’s wishes to our best ability, we are unable to guarantee the outcome due to unpredictable circumstances such as changes to weather, time constraint, availability or willingness of the subject(s) and so on. We do not accept rejections of our work based on reasons that are beyond the photographer’s control or client’s preferences for a different art direction.

(5) ATTENDANCE

In the unlikely event where the assigned photographer(s) could not attend the event or photoshoot due to unforeseen circumstances, we reserve the right to arrange a replacement to undertake the same responsibilities on our behalf to his/her best ability.

(6) PERSONAL ACCIDENT

Any direction issued to clients, their guests or venue employees during a photographic shoot are deemed to be at said person’s own risk. The photographer cannot be held responsible for any personal accidents throughout the course of the photoshoot.

(7) POSTPONEMENT AND CANCELLATION

Postponement to an event or photoshoot date must be made clear to the photographer ahead of time. Clients are responsible for any charges incurred for the changeof booking date rescheduling of flight tickets, venue booking etc.). Should a cancellation of our services be forced on an event or photoshoot due to uncontrollable circumstances, any booking deposit will not be refunded.

(8) STORAGE OF IMAGES

All images produced under SHOTS PHOTOGRAPHY (THE SHOTS) will be kept in our storage for up to one (1) yearafter the delivery date. Due to the unpredictable lifespanof all information storage devices (CDs, DVDs, Memory Cards, Hard Disks, Flash Drives etc.), we will not be held responsible for the failure of retrieving archived images.Additional orders for new storage devices will be charged accordingly. Clients are encouraged to back up all images regularly to prevent any losses.

(9) ONLINE STORAGE OF IMAGES

All images are uploaded on google drive or any other method of delivery online will be removed from drive ONE month afterlink is shared. There will be a service charge for the re-uploading request.

(10) UNCLAIMED IMAGES

In cases where the client does not respond to follow-up attempts regarding photo delivery, we reserve the right to close the case after six (6) months from the photo shoot date. Any unclaimed images will be considered void.
